A Fresno, Calif., father and a friend held down a 7-year-old boy and tattooed a Bulldog gang symbol on him, according to police. The boy's mother noticed the tattoo -- a dog's paw print that is a symbol for the Bulldog gang -- after the boy visited his father during spring break.
