To Urbanknight78: Then what is the solution? This kid obviously didn't come up with this rant all by himself and if he did what does that say about the adult influences in his life? Why does he have unsupervised access to a web cam and the ability to upload his tirade on the net?



I say his parents/adults should be held accountable because I don't feel like he did this on his own. He was probably coached and assisted with uploading it.



And I too know all about fostercare. It's not all bad. There are caring people out there. I agree the jdc doesn't help kids but what do you do with a kid that can't be reasoned with or taught to do better because they just don't want to do the right thing? They have to learn the hard way and suffer the consequences of being "know-it-alls". For the parents of those kids, I feel for them because they did their best and no they shouldn't be punished for their child's misdeeds. Like your mom, they shouldn't have to continually be held accountable. Keeping such a child in their home is doing just that. So Fostercare/JDC is the best solution to get good parents off the hook. But for the parents that condone and encourage this type of behavior, yes, punish them because they're creating little monsters to unleash on the world.
