TO ALL THE FATHERS OUT THERE NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON BE THERE FOR UR KIDS. Wives can be replaced, kids cannot. I have three kids by an ex-wife, a current and permanent wife and one ex-girlfriend. When my first marriage ended I fought for and won custody of my daughter in a southern state! Then after I returned home to NY, the ex-girlfriend messed up and dragged our daughter with her. I paid child support I spent summers and holidays and other times with my second daughter who lived in VA while I was in NY. When she was six I got custody of her cuz the mother was f- up. Now I have a son with my wife, I care for all my kids, I care for my wife, I am a grad student working on a Ph D and running my own concert promo biz in Buffalo, NY.

I saw how Child Support and the courts treat fathers they assume are not in the kid's life. I saw how honest and hardworking dads get raped by the system. I know how hardly anyone comes to our defense. But the entire system is geared to protect the mother, not even the kid, but the mother. My oldest daughter has not seen her mother since 1999, she is 13 now. But I found she has 3 other kids of her own with 3 other dudes and still makes no effort to see her child. But she celebrates Mother's day huh. We fathers work, love, provide for and protect our families and most of the time we ask for nothing more than love, peace and quiet. My kids write cards, draw I love mommy and all that for my wife. Hell, I get nothing but an occasional hug when they remember I am being neglected. Do I make a fuss no. Do I make demands only that their school work stays top of the class and their behvaior stays good. We DADS get remembered at our funerals it seems, if even that. What ever, the world lacks appreciation for the man that made their daughters into women and their sons into men. Tell your mom and dad you love them everyday do things to show gratitude everyday don't wait for a holiday once a year to do it.

Wow....Can't a man just be a man. Happy Father's Day to all the Father's. Most of us had dead beat dad's, but he is still your Dad. No one on earth is perfect. If any of you men out their grew up without your father for one reason or another then that should make you a even better Dad.
