Like Chris Rock said..”All we fathers get is the big piece of chicken- if we lucky”...Moms get songs by the O'Jays and everything!!!!! Moms deserve that love, but right now I'm shouting out to real dads.

Some are great role models with real academic achievements. Some are not. Some are no longer alive. Some fathers are locked up, but they are praying for their kids and hoping to be on the streets soon and be betters dads 1 day.

We deserve the love!!! Becuz we don't even expect it, we do what we do regardless! With no signs of a reward for it. We put up with everything, standing true to what's real and letting life take its course protecting our household, our woman, our children, our family. Protecting and leading a nation. Shout out to my pops, a great man! Blessings to our granddads who came b4 us who laid the seeds and the foundation....I wish every dad takes a minute to look at what's he's done...just a minute...No need to glance too long.. Just smile.

Nas is a great father to his daughter and will be to his son if Kelis lets him. I'm not saying that he is a saint, but giving their contrasting personalities, I think there is more to the breakup than infidelity. However, that is their business. you have been a great musician and a great composer! I have followed you threw the great waters of the oceansides. We forget sometimes that we are no one to judge the life you live but, because society and the industry loves to label gossip in every horrible way possible we all have reason for our actions and we shouldn't be no one to judge your situation. Whatever reason you may have is your reason and no one elses. Dissapointing that we all have expectations. Keeping your self well rounded would be the best medicine for your and the baby congrats and my best wishes to you....

- Nas' blog is about fatherhood, not being a husband. Just because his marriage was not successful, does not mean he will not be a great father to his new son. Marriage and fatherhood are two totally different animals, although they go hand-in-hand.

Nas is def one of my all time favorite rappers...lyrically he is so above n beyond the rest, he touches subjects that no other rappers do and in such a clever way...he is special, n his blog was hella good...ur negative comments r so unecessary, well thats y u r u, n he is who is.. n in terms of his relationship with kelis, no one knows anythin but what the media says, which is usually bull sh*t neway...SOoo neway
