Rev my husband and I enjoy watching your family whenever we have time to sit down. We are also raising a christian family and love how real you are about it :) Loved the book too!!! You have a gift of taking scripture and putting it plainly into words (and practice, there is no faith without works there!) that we can all relate to keep on keepin on!

So true. I've learned to focus on myself. Staying focused on the BIG Rock, help me to stay focused on the REAL goals - the right steps which saves a lot of time & energy. Motivating me will motivate the right people who flock to achievers.

Sometimes, I feel like every time I try to move forward I get pushed 12 steps back. Im a college student the first of my family to attend. Though Im almost done, I was homeless in between times. As far as coming home for breaks like Thanksgiving and Christmas. I stayed

with family and I slept on the floor, while other kids were coming back to school branging about the things they

got for Christmas, or the great time they shared with their family. I on the other hand couldnt say the same. But I was thankful for life to have another day to say, IM HERE. Many have no idea the life I live, because I hide behind a smile. But it means alot to have someone encourage you or hand out those words of wisdom. I never had a father to teach me alot of things. And its really important for a father to show his daughter how to be treated. But when I watch your show I get encouraged. If you can do it, then so can I, I appreciate the love you have for you family. It doesnt take much to wrap your arms around someone and tell them how proud you are of them. Though many people in my family dont see it that way, they rather you fail and live on welfare like them for the rest of your life. BUT IM DETERMINED TO BECOME DESTINED FOR GREATNESS. So thank you for being that person that people look to for that motivation!!!

Michael Jackson believed in Second Chances and no one knows what really happened with Riri and CB. She did admit to busting her own brother in the head with a bottle. Jay is no saint either. I love Beyonce but that was no tribute to MJ last night nor was J's performance. CB work embodied the King of Pop. Shame on BET. Dear Reverend. My name is Fatuma Ali. I’m a junior at Jefferson High School in Bloomington, MN. I could talk to you about my whole life/past…but the main reason I’m here is I’m hoping you actually reply…Me and my sister (senior @ jeff.) started a group at my school called Project Peace (formerly Code Peace). It’s a 100% non-profit organization. The groups main objectives are to raise money and awareness for the orphans of the war(s) in the middle east. Mainly in the Gaza Strip, Iraq, Iran, etc. we’re about to host a county-wide basketball tournament and maybe it will even go state-wide. we want to host the final championship game @ the Target Center and since the game will only last about 30 min we want to turn it into an entire day of events with some live entertainment. We’re trying to get the jabbawockeez to come and do it but i think everyone wants to wait and see if it’s an event worth coming to which means seeing what big names are going to be there. If you don’t want to do this it’s cool but I just need an answer ASAP and maybe you could do something else to help out? just reply to my email fatuma_ali123@yahoo.com. if you don’t give me an answer i’m liable to keep pestering you =) we really wanna do this before the season starts so if you could reply ASAP that would be great. please consider it.
