Chris IS a fist time offender! Rhianna was/is the one who told the LAPD that SHE has hit him and was very aggressive towards him on Feb 8th! As much was leaked FROM HER statement via TMZ! Chris being a first time offender would have 'limited' any time he'd have gotten; don't you find it peculiar that someone charged with a felony would get ONLY PROBATION??



-If he'd have taken it to trial, he'd have gotten pretty much the same sentence: probation or a slap on the wrist!

-Everyone's accounts of Feb 8th are from the warrant for the cell phone records! Said accounts aren't 'gosple' as that affitdavid was NOT signed by Rhainna, this makes it ONLY hearsay. It was written in a way as to enrage any reader, in this case, a judge, and have him/her sign it so that the cops, in this case one Det. Deshon. J. Andrews could attain said cell phone records.



Go and take a look at Chris during this last court appearance, look at his expression when the judge told him that he WASN'T to get in contact with Rhianna! His body language spoke volumes! - Rhianna WANTED Chris to take the charge back in April, when she first went to Barbados, she wanted him to take the guilty plea; he didn't.
