I Just got a tip that rapper Rick Ross has been locked up!

From Our SOURCE:

"I don't know if it was him for sure, but there was a guy who looked a lot like him (bald, big beard) in handcuffs on the curb at Fort Lauderdale Airport. His car was an escalde with rick ross graphics all over the sides"


We are working on getting more information as I type I'll be updating this blog throughout the day so keep checking back.

The arrest allegedly took place an hour ago as of 9:53am

We called FL PD and they advised us it takes about 4 hours for them to get someone into their system. 

We have reached out to a few of our industry sources and we are waiting to hear word. We'll keep you posted as soon as we get info. 

**UPDATED** Hey, folks I just got off the phone with the Fort Lauderdale PD, and as of now they have no one in custody under the name of William Leonard Roberts II (Rick Ross's gov't name) So this one may be false and we can all breath a sigh of relief. The last thing I want, is to see another one of our rappers behind bars. They officer said they haven't had anyone by that name since 2005.
