President Obama will begin using the National Security Agency to help monitor government computer traffic on commercial networks, The Washington Post is reporting, citing three current or former officials. The plan was first proposed by President Bush.
AT&T is expected to be the test network for the Einstein 3 program; it was favored by the Bush administration. The pilot program has been delayed since February. AT&T had no comment for the Post.
