first off, im tired of people thinkin jay-z was tryin to start beef or somethin...he wasnt...it was a song...just cause a names in a song doesnt mean it was beef...he also used weezys name (who also uses alot of autotune) and jeezys name in the same song...does that mean he has beef with them? i dont think so...get your facts straight...its just a song...this blogpost wasnt even about jay...it was t-pain showing some skills we aint seen yet...and you haters who dont even know what your talkin about ruined it...imma make a song called D.O.I. (Death of ignorant)

if iam using auto-tune i use it on one or two songs

thats it i dont care if jay made the song{i do like the song) its just a song

it dont mean anything he was just telling how feel. at one piont when first heared it it sound like beef or he was gettin old because everything was changing in life and the rap game. then heard again and again he was just express himself that line "you t-paining to much'" was say that rappers stay rapping leave the singing to the singers but if you want to sing too ,then sing with your real vocie. but if you gettin money for auto-tune songs then F**k the D.O.A .t-PAIN use it then use .remeber it just a song(well to me it is)

People who judge Jay on D.O.A. should seriously do their research first. Because, CLEARLY, based off of these comments, y'all haven't, thus y'all know nothing! Kanye inspired Jay to rap about the D.O.A over that crucial beat. Y'all must REALIZE and UNDERSTAND that Jay was NOT trying to start beef with T-Pain when he went ham on that track(no meat pun intended). Heck! The VERY person who inspired him to make the song used Auto-Tune throughout his entire CD!!! Let's get real people!! Music, especially Hip Hop, is an amazingly necessary avenue to express your thoughts, views, and opinions on ALL topics...regardless of who you might offend in the process. Read up before you try to start spitting "knowledge".

T-Pain is a very talented artist that was innovative and creative enough to create a new form of artistic expression. T-pain has a really nice voice, sounds great live, produces and writes music, and does great shows. Jay-Z needs to stop hatin'.

- T-Pain is not at all talented. Also, he did NOT create the form of music he uses. You should google Roger Troutman (R.I.P.) and the group Zapp. The revolutionized that form of music and made it hot. T-Pain is a flash in the pan that I hope goes away soon. He is a bad example of a black man.

Yo, some people are just talkin outta their ass rite now. If anyone has ever been to a show on the "I Am Music Tour" T-Pain has a part of the show where he showcases his singing abilities... What most ppl don't know is that he has a beautiful voice without the auto-tune. He has range, pitch, and harmony. I personally would lidten to his music either way... Shout out to T-Pain.
