Nas “Not Allowed” To Witness His Son's Birth

R&B singer Kelis delivered a baby boy earlier today but according to All Hip Hop, Nas wasn’t allowed to witness the birth:

Nas’ lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan stated that Nas rushed to the hospital to witness Kelis deliver his first son today (July 21). A source close to Nas told AllHipHop.com that the Queen’s rapper missed the actual child birth.

“Nas is in New York City today, anxiously awaiting the arrival of his son. It was his intention to be there for the birth, but unfortunately he has not been allowed to be present,” a source close to the rapper told AllHipHop.com. “While this is clearly heartbreaking to him, Nas continues to offer his support and love to his new baby boy and his mother.”

That's what I'm talking about!! I dislike the media sometimes. I was disappointed at Nas yesterday because they made it seem as if he choose not to be there for his sons birth. But the air is clear now!! Much respect Nas...Queensbridge in the house!!

- Your name suits you concetied_GIRL. First of all it is spelled CONCEITED and second the way you post is indicative (look it up) of a GIRL with the numbers instead of words.
  
  Anyway, none of us knows the actual circumstances behind this unfortunate break up, so who are we to say who should have done what? I do wish Kelis would have opened her heart to the person who gave her that perfect child and put all the mess aside and let him be their for his child's first solo breath. Ok, now this is ridiculous. Kelis needs to grow her ass up!! Do you realize how many men aren't present for the birth of a child and aren't ever a part of the child's life? That's cool though, because this will just prove to a judge what her real motives are. Again Kelis, "Please get some maturity about yourself."

I really dont give a rat's a** about the money battle. Instead of folks arguing over what the newest rumor is on these two, why not pray for the marriage to somehow come ack together. So what they both have maybe behaved in ways not pleasing to each other. They are two HUMANS who unfortunately are under a public mcroscope. However, i think people should pray for them, not feed off of every lame attempt to keep their business in the street. None of us were there, so we do NOT really know what happened. Some times these 'sources', are no more than editors themselves trying to juice a nonexistent story. Ugh

It is amazing how many people on here cannot read.
The article clearly states that Nas was not allowed to be present at his child's birth. It does not say that he did not want to be there.
If she is cold blooded enough to deny a man seeing his child born she truly deserves nothing.
If she thinks that will go over well in court for her she is dead wrong.

Carmen told Nas to treat that girl right. Nas, didn't listen - so he got to pay. Kelis want dude to pay like $80,000 per month. Nas trying to pay like $5,000 per month.
