Becoming Barack: Evolution of a Leader traces the early path of a man destined to make history and to be a catalyst for global change. This exciting new documentary features footage from three of the earliest known recorded interviews with Obama: a1986 WMAQ-Chicago news story about Obamas earliest success as a community activist; a 1991clip from a news interview while he was a student at Harvard Law School; and a 15-minute lost interview done in 1993 by an aspiring African-American documentary producer in Chicago, which never aired. In the third interview Obama was just 32-years-old, two years out of law school, a professor teaching constitutional law at University of Chicago, a fervent community organizer and a newlywed who had not yet contemplated running for public office.
