This beautiful woman is into fashion, but sometimes people criticize her for going too far. Do you think that she has gone too far with these boom booms? Let us know what you think and comment away...

Michelle Obama took a lot of flak for baring her arms in February, but now she may be the first first lady to descend the steps of Air Force One (or appear in public for that matter) in short shorts. After all, can you imagine Laura Bush or Patricia Nixon doing the same?

There's no doubt Mrs. Obama has gorgeous gams, but do you think it's appropriate for her to bare so much of them?

Who cares!!!! Michelle Obama is not Laura Bush, or Hilary Clinton for that matter; I wish people would stop comparing her to the 1st ladies of yester-years!!! Michelle Obama is setting trends in other ways! Begin to focus on the politial strides that she is making, not what fashion risks she is taking. Layoff the 1st lady!!!!!

She has nice legs why not show them, it is hot any way. People should spend more time focusing on more important things than to worry about how Michelle is dressing, she is not walking around naked like some of these celebs.

I can tell you now. She is fine. She's traveling with her family and Phoenix is hot as you know what. Those who dare to complain are just mad that their legs aren't that tone. I am at least 15 years younger than she is and my legs don't look that good.. Michelle is a real person and she cares more about her girls and her family than some hater watching her outfit. She always dress appropriately

I wish they would leave her alone. While she is the first lady the world should start paying more attention to the lack of beautiful black women in major roles on tv and in movies. Why is it that my son watches Noggin and Nickelodeon whom now have The Fresh Beat Band which is what mainly 1 white boy 1 black boy 2 white girls. Why does no one seem to care about how they are doing black women today?

WHy does it matter? I'm sure other first ladies wanted to do the same thing but cared to much what other people would think. She's obviously not changing just becuase she's the 1st lady.

She's Beautifull, she has the right to wear whatever the hell she wants! And No these shorts are not too short, they are fine. completely appropriate.

Is this really newsworthy? She should wear whatever she wants, she is a beautiful woman...and, the shorts arent short. She is tall so it just seems that way.

Never change who you are. People will always respect you for it.She is setting trends and looking good doing it. I think it sends a message to women that tradition does not have to define you. Barbara or Laura would not look good wearing items like Michelle wears. If I looked like Michelle, I would be wearing my arms out too.lol
