One of the doctors assisting the LAPD in Michael Jackson's death investigation has fired off a letter to President Barack Obama -- the topic ... to make it tougher for people to obtain "controlled medication."In the letter, Dr. Susan Essien Etok -- the doc who claims Michael offered her £500,000 to supply him with drugs -- urges the President to consider "harsher punitive measures" for "unethical Doctors" who are willing to hand out strong drugs to anyone with the right amount of money.Etok also says "no individual Doctor is responsible for Michael's death," then compares the singer's passing to that of Elvis Presley, Heath Ledger and Anna Nicole Smith -- all of whom died with drug cocktails in their system.

Wait a minute people, this just in. A video taken the day MJ was supposed to have died, the coroners van with the same license plate that his body was in is shown arriving at the coroners office just after sunset. Take a look and see what you think. I pray that he did fake his death to pull off a MAJOR Major come back.

i agree with the president on this one. that's exactly how michael died too. he had a lot of money and he had a doctor that was willing to get him the drugs.

That letter was filled with plenty of grammatical errors so I doubt that what TMZ presented was true. I doubt an intelligent person like herself would forward that letter to the President.

I agree with the doctor...just b/c someone has unlimited finances does not mean they are suppose to be able to get whatever they want. MJ's doctor is not the only one responsible for his death...the pharmacy also...funny how a "regular" person can be denied a re-fill of pain killers if the return 2early for the refill but MJ was able to get something only for surgery.

- Not true about refill because recently I was able to fill a prescription of pain killers earlier than it was suppose to be filled and although it was the pharmacies mistake ... they reacted as if it wasn't a big deal. So there goes the hole in your theory on the regular person being treated differently.

Think about it, when you have a private doctor on call and your a celeb. If you want drugs, illegally or legal your going to get them take them smoke them shoot them snorth them whatever.Its how it goes, money will get you whatever you want good,bad,and ugly.
