Even though they have been banned from seeing each other and ordered by the courts to stay away from each other for the next five years, Rihanna and Chris Brown are planning to take a holiday in Mexico.

The two have taken legal advice and discovered that they can meet overseas. They will both fly to Acapulco and spend a fortnight there.

Brown is not allowed within 100 yards of Rihanna after being found guilty of domestic violence, but this ONLY applies on US soil.

A source told Britain’s Star magazine: “They spoke to their lawyers to see what was allowed, and are now planning two weeks in Mexico. They want to spend some quality time together and know they have a lot to reconcile before they can make their relationship public again.

I feel like if they love each other then why not? I mean you have to keep in mind she hit him several times before he beat her. I'm not saying he is right but you have to be dumb to think that if you keep hitting on a dude and talking to like she did he might just slap your ass. But I hope chris and Ri Ri work it out best of wishes.

See thats people problem..young and old....just wanna do what they wanna do..this dued and this chic need to get some counseling. They both seem to have anger management issues...but refuse to address them..everybody saying stay out of their business, until(god forbid) it happens again. Remember everything happens for a reason..there are soo many teenagers going through the same thing these too are, and if they could get their heads out of their ass they could help someone else who is in their situation but you can not change what you don't acknowledge.

see the biggest issue with young couple like chris, and rihanna is the damn public. everybody just need to mind there own business, and let them work out there own issues. millions and millions of people in there world can't tell me that they didn't have issues like what there going through. it takes time, and if they want to see each other, who cares.

If you watched that Larry King interview, his lawyer said that he has to get permission to travel; that said, what IF he goes to Mexico and the judge gets wind of it, upon his arrival back in the U.S. you can bet that that Judge will lock him up!!

Hmm...I wonder, is THAT what Rhianna wants? Does she REALLY want to see him locked up? Is it REALLY worth it to her? After all, it was SHE who wanted to have the "no-contact" order removed, no?

This is all BS and NOT WORTH IT!!

While I do not believe this story I wouldnt be mad if it were true. The judge needs to fall back and let them be I dont see the stay away order lasting 5 yrs and JUDGE as you can see the CHATTER is NOT going to STOP! So now what excuse will you use??
