Our source tells us rapper Ric Ross just got engaged. And no...its not to Foxy Brown. Apparently he just recently popped the question to his girlfriend Shateria Moragne-el. He brought her to the BET Awards (above) and she was also his choreographer and "dancer" for his video "All I Want" that was set in Colombia. The two are always coupled up at his album release parties and events.
