Global Grind “21 Days of Fresh” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 or older. Void
where prohibited. Participation subject to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sweepstakes Period: June 20, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. ET – July 23, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Limit (1) entry (tweet with #FRESHNameofBrand hashtag) per day per person regardless of number of Twitter accounts a person has. Do not use hashtag for purposes other than Contest entry. Compliance with Twitter Rules required. Use of automated means of entry or other acts of tampering prohibited and will result in disqualification and Sponsor may prosecute such conduct to the full extent of the law. Employees of Sponsor and Sweepstakes partners1 are not eligible. A total of (22) Grand Prizes are available to be won in the Sweepstakes, with (1) Grand Prize available per day of the Sweepstakes Period. Actual items awarded as Grand Prizes vary daily; a listing of each day’s Grand Prize will be posted on the GG Digital Twitter page, and such listing is made a part of these Official Rules and incorporated herein by reference. Approx. Retail Value: $20-$100 each. No prize substitution. No prize transfer. Limit of (1) prize per person. Taxes (if any) are prize winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor will select winners via random drawing, with (1) random drawing per day of the Sweepstakes Period. Non-winning entries will not be retained for subsequent days’ drawings. A given day’s drawing will take place on or about the business day immediately following the applicable day of the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners to be notified by direct message to their Twitter account; those initially selected as potential winners will be notified approximately 24 hours after selection in drawing. If potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 72 hours, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for applicable drawing. You must follow GG Digital (and allow GG Digital to follow you) for winner notification. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, garbled, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or damaged entries, which are void; for technological, programming, electronic, filtering by Twitter functionality or other error/malfunction/failure of any kind; or for any other liability in conjunction with Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves right to terminate/modify Sweepstakes and select prize winner(s) for affected drawing(s) in a manner deemed fair & appropriate if Sweepstakes is corrupted for any reason.
