It seems like just the other day that Kylie and Kendall Jenner were the sisters on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" who shied away from camera time, but the tides of change have come.

The 14 and 16 year old sisterly duo was spotted having lunch in Malibu dressed to the nines in fashionable garbs reminding us a lot of Kim and Kourtney!
