Alicia Keys Walks It Out In NYC With Her Stepson And Baby Egypt! (PHOTOS)

Alicia Keys was spotted in the Big Apple yesterday with her step-son Kareem and her newborn baby, Egypt.

Kareem is from her husband Swizz Beatz's first marriage to singer Mashonda.

The trio looked cute, casual and happy as they pounded the pavement and did a little shopping. 

In other news, Swizzy has been trying to get his wife back in the studio with British powerhouse, Adele. The two according to Beatz, are fans of each other and he is soon going to make his dream a reality.

He told MTV News, "I just thought that, man, this would be a great moment for both of them, because they have amazing styles and they both respect each other."
