Amanda Bynes is still making headlines! After allegedly driving around aimlessly high as a cloud and definitely driving on a suspended license, she was pulled over again this weekend and her car was finally impounded!

Though the former actress claims that she was actually smoking tobacco and not weed, pictures TMZ released of the remnants in her car have suggested otherwise.

Lindsay Lohan has no problem voicing her opinion- she wants Amanda put away!

She tweeted: "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?"

We guess Lindsay has a point there and honestly, jail time might be in Amanda's cards if she continues to behave recklessly on the roads.

It'll be difficult to do that having been given a misdemeanor ticket for driving on a suspended license. Plus, she doesn't have her infamous black BMW anymore!
