This past week, we’ve been hooked on watching all the sports of the Olympics, and America's pride has shot through the roof.

The U.S of A has done a great job coming out on top for the games, with a total of 55 medals so far!

Even though we are just 1 medal behind the always competitive China, we are still so proud of all of our medalists, especially those that have earned gold!

From Michael Phelps, who just ended his career on top, winning his 19th medal, to Missy Franklin who is competing in her first Olympics at age 17, we have so many brilliant talents who have brought home some major wins.

Just yesterday, Serena Williams became the second woman to win all four majors and Olympic gold defeating Maria Sharapova.

You go girl!
