Parting ways after a season, or a few seasons, of love is always a difficult thing to do.

Reportedly, the two may be headed to court after being separated for over a year and still not having reached a financial settlement.

RadarOnline reports that they are unable to come to an agreement and the rumor is that it's because Ashton, who is now the highest paid actor on television and dating one of the hottest girls in the world, Mila Kunis, is being super cheap!

A source told The Post:

"They still haven’t reached an agreement over money, because Ashton earned substantially more during the final years of their marriage. But he doesn’t want to pay a large settlement. The discussion could boil over into a public court battle."

It seems as though Ashton's real life isn't too different from the life he plays in his hit show Two and a Half Men!

Hopefully, everything works out for the best without it getting Halle Berry messy... but Ashton makes a whopping $24 million a season and Demi wants a chunk of that change!
