As Shaunie O'Neal promised, three Basketball Wives will be nixed from the next season of addictive drama. In the past few weeks Shaunie, the executive producer of the hit reality series, has shown a lot of concern about the negative direction the show has been going in.
In an effort to save the franchise and turn the morale of the show around, she decided that three of the women had to go. Jennifer Williams, Royce Reed, and rookie Keisha Nichols are reportedly the wives who have been asked to leave.
Jennifer's exit was expected because of her ongoing beef with Evelyn Lozada and since no one wanted to film with Royce anymore, her leaving is not a huge surprise.
However, the big question everyone has on their minds now is why bottle-throwing Evelyn and fist-fighting Tami Roman were not asked to leave if the real motive is to rid the show of violence and negativity?
Fans have been left a bit surprised at Shaunie's choice because it seems as though the more dramatic characters were kept on for next season. Hopefully, the new wives are everything we expect for the highly anticipated Season 5 of the Basketball Wives series!
