This 4th of July Weekend, we would like to take this time to celebrate buns, because well it's that time a year. The time of year where people flock to the grocery store to purchase hot dog buns, hamburger buns and exotic buns. Like potatoe bread buns. 

Here at GlobalGrind we enjoy a different kind of bun. We enjoy the good ole American bun. Kim Kardashian is a popular flavor, as well as Nicki Minaj and Rihanna. Matter fact we enjoy so many flavor or buns we can't even pick a favorite. So we decided to dedicate a whole post to our favorite Americans buns, that some of you might call the booty!
