It looks like things just couldn't be worked out between Bethanny Frankel and Jason Hoppy.

After announcing their separation last month, the 42-year-old personality has filed for divorce from her long-time husband.

According to E! News, filed a summons in New York City on Friday against Jason to make things official between them.
