Beyonce Catches Up With Anderson Cooper! (PROMO VIDEO)

Beyonce is a busy woman.

After announcing her pregnancy just about a year ago, Bey gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter in early January before shedding 60 pounds for her epic comeback at Revel Resort and Casino in Atlantic City over Memorial Day Weekend.

Her weight loss and comeback were followed by a coveted spot on Forbes wealthiest couples list, and Beyonce finally rounded out her year long journey by making the world a better place for World Humanitarian Day (WHD) on August 19.

Beyonce and her star power managed to reach over one billion people with her message to do something good for someone else, which she spoke about during her trip to the United Nations earlier this month. While at the United Nations, not only did Bey shoot her music video for "I Was Here," she also took the time to sit down with Anderson Cooper for a chat about WHD, as well as shoot the season premiere for his daytime talk show Anderson Live.

Sigh, why can't we all do it like Beyonce?
