Beyonce is loving her new baby carrier so that Blue Ivy can stay close to mommy's busom.  

The "Love On Top" singer wore colorful pants, a dark blazer and loafers as we caught a glimpse of Blue's little leg. 

Everytime Bey steps out with Blue, we can't help but go a little crazy - this is hip-pop royalty after all!
