Beyonce took time out of her busy Mrs. Carter World Tour to talk about parenting, her new movie Epic, and just being a regular girl, during an exclusive interview with ABC’s Good Morning America.
The “Love On Top” songstress revealed she wants her daughter Blue Ivy to have a normal life – yeah, normal like getting pulled on stage of your mother’s sold out world tour!
“…I am very protective,” she said. “I just want to make sure that she can have a healthy, safe, normal life … in the back of my mind, she’s my priority. And life is completely different now. So I’m – I feel really, really just lucky that I can still do what I love, and now have a way bigger meaning. And that’s to be her mother.”
Apparently normal also means the addition of siblings! Blue Ivy is going to be a big sister sooner rather than later.
“I would like more children,” Bey said. “I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being big sister …”
Sounds like Beyonce is pretty level-headed. Probably because she’s the same girl she’s always been.
“You know, at the end of the day you’re the same exact person. You know … I still like the simple things. Like, I have on my press-on nails right now,” she said, laughing. “I have on my store-bought press-on nails. But my color, my … paint is professionally done.”
Beyonce still rocks Lee Press On Nails! We can’t…
