Beyonce and Jay-Z are the proud parents of a baby girl named Blue Ivy Carter.

Now, the new mother is setting the record straight - she had a natural child birth!

In a statement that was just released, the couple says Blue "was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs and it was the best experience of both of our lives."

They continue by saying, "Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful, we are in heaven. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support."
