The 41-year-old Watch The Throne rapper and his "Love On Top" wife were spotted checking out a prime piece of real estate in Miami. With the dreaded New York winter setting in, a move south is necessary!

Beyonce appears to be growing by the day and she was spotted without the heels we've become so accustomed to seeing her wear while out and about. 

The 30-year-old mother-to-be wore a yellow muumuu and flats while she checked out the place that will be the couple's home for the upcoming months.

Beyonce is getting ready to have a baby girl in February. We already know Jay-Z plans on changing diapers, so it's only a matter of time before we see what type of parents these two will be.
