Beyonce is all things baby during her interview with Katie Couric for “20/20” that aired last night.
The interview chronicles the release of her Roseland Ballroom DVD, Elements of 4 and of course addresses the most talked about portion of Bey, her growing mid-section.

Beyonce claims she has been really conscious about her diet and has tried not to lose control when eating for two, saying “So I haven’t been going crazy. I know that it’s important that I don’t lose myself and I have my passion and I have things that I love. I believe that life doesn’t stop.”

Queen B also talks about her wedding for the first time, admitting that it was a very intimate event held in her home and Mama Knowles designed her wedding dress that she calls her “favorite dress ever.”
Couric ends the interview by attempting to calculate when Beyonce’s baby will come, guessing Christmas and New Years.
