The duo hit up Gelson's in West Hollywood where they filled up a shopping cart full of food until the paparazzi spotted them, causing the couple to quickly exit the store!

Blake looked super cute in a blue and white polka dot dress that she paired with nude flats and a cardigan.

Leonardo tried his best to stay incognito, even though the pair have already been spotted out on many occassions.
