Both actors' reps exclusively confirmed with Us Weekly that the duo have decided to part ways, but left things on good terms, stating the two "remain friends."

The couple's romance was first noticed when the two were spotted cuddled up back in May on Steven Speilberg's yacht in Monte Carlo.
