Lil Bow Wow  isn't so little anymore now that he is a father to a beautiful baby girl.

The rapper fathered the child with model Joie Chavis who posted an instagram collage of her and their adorable baby girl, Shai.

Mommy and Shai posed in 4 photos that Joie then posted with the caption, "Rainy Day."
