GTFOH! Rumor Has It Britney Spears' Ex-Hubby Is NOT The Father Of Her First Born (PHOTOS)

Britney Spears has some baby daddy drama and let's just say it ain't pretty!

In newly released court docs, Kevin Federline's brother Christopher Federline is claiming that although he would rather keep it quiet, he is actually the father of the pop star's eldest son Sean Preston.

The National Enquirer is reporting that in a restraining order Chris filed against Britney, he explained:

"She is out-of-control and a maniac. Went to Kevin's house to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James, and [his] wallet was on Kevin's coffee table when Britney opened it up and stole [his] Capital One credit card."

Apparently, when he called her on it:

"Britney … laughed at me [and] told me my brother Kevin ruined her life. Britney made fun of me and told me I have a small penis. She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin. I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know."

For someone who doesn't want anyone to know, he sure did lay that out clearly.

According to more sources, Britney is keeping Chris in check by threatening to tell Kevin she had sex with his brother while she and Kev were still married.

Hopefully none of this is true for the sake of little Sean Preston.
