Even though Lindsay Lohan has had a tough year, there is still one person who believes in her.

Charlie Sheen has reportedly given Lindsay $100,000 in order to pay off her back taxes, after she revealed her big $230,000 bill to him.

According to TMZ, the two acting machines got close while on the set of the upcoming comedy Scary Movie 5, and must have found a common bond while working together.

The site reports:

We're told Charlie offered to cut her a check then and there to get the IRS off her tail, but Lindsay refused.Fast forward to last week -- sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, Lindsay's biz manager received a check from Charlie for $100,000.We're told Lindsay was blown away by Charlie's generosity -- and immediately applied the money to her outstanding tax bill.

Both Lindsay and Charlie have had trouble keeping their name out of the media, so it's no wonder Charlie is willing to help Lindsay out.
