Rihanna and Chris Brown were caught leaving the same building late Sunday night!

DETAILS: Rihanna Back To SubTweeting!! 

After weeks of subtweeting and much speculation, the two singers were busted leaving the Greystone Manor separately after partying together all night long.

Here's the thing: Chris' girl Karrueche was with them! Breezy left the club through the front door and got into his Range Rover with his girlfriend, and Rihanna left through a side door, hopping into a waiting SUV with a bodyguard.

Rihanna was extremely frisky and in the mood, as she tweeted a bunch of sexual tweets from her song "Skin":

"No teasin' u waited long enough....Go deep! Ima thro it atcha, can ya catch it?! Know I'm feelin ya huh?! Know I'm likin it huh?! Don't hol' back...u know I liiike it rough!!!!"

Despite the two ex lovers being in the same room, a rep for Chris Brown has told TMZ that Chris Brown and Rihanna are just friends.

This goes back to the statement Breezy's team released last week, when rumors spread that ex-lovers Rihanna and Chris Brown were seeing each other again. Friends with an ex? It's possible.
