We’ve all heard the news by now that Rihanna’s gradmother, Gran Gran Dolly has passed away.

While we know that Rihanna is the saddest about the situation, everyone is offering their condolences to her and her family.

Without directly mentioning RiRi, even her ex Chris Brown, responded to the passing, tweeting out some supportive words.

He tweeted:

It sounds like Chris is very much still attached to Rihanna's family even though they technically aren't.

What a big move for Chris to show love to Rihanna’s family! We’re proud that he’s being the bigger person.
