Uh oh! Chris Brown's probation hearing was pushed back after the judge claimed he needs more time to process his probation report.

It's been a while for Chris, who hasn't been in front of the judge for about a year, but that will all change next week when he's due back in court.

The New York Daily News reports:

A judge has ordered an audit of Brown’s community service after a prosecutor said there were some questions about how many hours he had actually performed.

So far, Chris has been doing great with his probation, receiving a bunch of praise from the judge. This all sounds like the prosecutor might just be hating on our boy Breezy! 

The Fortune singer was handed 5 years probation for a 2009 assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna. Since then, RiRi has forgiven him, and the couple even had a quick embrace at this year's MTV Video Music Awards. 

But making up with the judge? Now that's another story...
