Christina Milian has a new job! The newly divorced mother has joined the cast of the hit talent show The Voice.
“Christina’s extensive musical background and widespread recognition make her the perfect choice for the role of Social Media Correspondent on The Voice,” said NBC’s president of alternative programming Paul Telegdy. “Her experience as a singer will provide a comfort level to our artists when they speak to her about the ins and outs of the competition.”
"I'm officially your eyes and ears behind and beyond the stage for The Voice so if you're a major fan you may wanna follow me!" Christina tweeted Wednesday afternoon.
This is great news for Miss Milian, who has been going through a divorce from The-Dream since 2009 which was just finalized last week.
Christina just turned 30 and is reinventing her image in the music industry alongside host Carson Daly and Voice singing coaches Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine.
NBC's singing competition kicks off its second season, debuting after the Superbowl, on February 5th.
