Lil Wayne was the man of evening at his Cash Money Records' album release party for Tha Carter IV at Boulevard3 last night in Los Angeles.

Ciara showed up in a pair of short shorts, Keri Hilson looked stunning and Rick Ross showed his colors, rocking an L.A. Dodgers graphic tee and denim. 

Jay-Z Should Respond To Lil Wayne or Relinquish The Throne 

Lil Wayne skipped a few parties during his time in California tweeting, "Kalifornia was awesome. The people are lovely here. No afterparty.! Gone sk8'n!!!!!" 

Wayne is really into his skating these days!
