If you like 'em thick, you gotta like Deena - she might be perfect for a King Magazine cover! But this isn't the first time Deena's booty made an appearance at the Jersey Shore. 

During last summer with the roomies, she fell down and exposed her g-string panties. This is getting to be a routine thing for Deena, and we like it.
