Halle Berry has been in one of the most tumultuous custody battles Hollywood has ever seen with her ex Gabriel Aubry and it just got uglier.
The actress has been trying long and hard to get permission to move to France with her fiance Olivier Martinez, where she would like to raise her 4-year-old daughter, Nahla but the judge has flat out denied Halle’s request.

According to TMZ:
Halle argued the L.A. paparazzi scene made life in California too dangerous for her and her daughter — but today the judge in the case ruled in favor of Gabriel, refusing to let Halle jet to France with their kid.
The full details of the ruling are unclear — but one thing’s for sure … Halle did NOT get what she wanted.
Halle has said from the beginning she never wanted to remove Gabriel from Nahla’s life — she merely believed France would be safer for everyone involved.

It’s no secret that Halle and the paps aren’t the best of friends and she has called them out on overstepping their photog boundaries many times.
It’s unclear what Halle’s next move will be in this custody battle but we hope her and Gabriel can remain cordial in co-parenting.
