So Sad! Drake's Grandmother Passes Away On Thanksgiving (PHOTOS)

Most of us were full of cheer and bonding with our closest love ones on this past Thanksgiving but we have sadly learned that Drake has lost someone very special on the holiday.

The Young Money rapper lost his grandmother, Evelyn Sher and he took to his Twitter to express his emotions, posting:

If you're a die hard Drizzy fan, you know his grandmother was a very special person to him and has been mentioned countless times on his albums. She was even featured on his track "Look What You've Done," leaving him a sweet message that said:

"All I can say Aubrey is, I remember the good times we had together and the times I used to look after you and I still have wonderful feelings about that.  So God bless you, and I hope I’ll see you.”
