Eva Mendes was terrorized by a stalker who claims to be engaged to her, but now she's won her case against the mad man. Thirty-nine year-old John Luna, did not appear in court but signed paperwork saying he did not oppose the request for the restraining order, a court clerk told the Daily News.
Now for the next three years he must stay at least 100 yards away from Eva Mendes. Luna has showed up at Eva's house and sent her packages with crazy audio recordings, before taking it all the way to next level sending a letter that read, "To die for you would not have been enough. So to live through death so that I can be perfect for you, that would be much better. And I know you would do the same."
Eva lived in constant fear of him and now she can breathe easy knowing he's been dealt with.
