Trouble in paradise?
Basketball Wives fans know that Evelyn Lozada and boyfriend Chad Ochocinco have been through hell and back during their relationship, but everyone is excited to know that they’re finally getting ready to walk down that aisle … with a few conditions.
On last night’s episode, the couple discussed Chad’s commitment to Evelyn, and whether he could stay faithful to her.
Evelyn explained to him that she’d rather he come clean about his possible cheating ways, as opposed to hiding it from her.
Chad responded to her worries:
“Being able to commit to one individual over a long period of time is going to be new to me; is new to me.”
While we’re sure she doesn’t want to be cheated on, it sounded as though she was giving him some permission to cheat – as long as he uses protection and lets her know about it.
“What can I do but respect you and know that you’re telling me the truth, rather than hide it,” she said. “‘Cause at the end of the day, you don’t have to tell me nothing.”
Evelyn has consistently shown her worries over Chad’s potential infidelities throughout the course of the show, so this is a huge step for her!
While we don’t condone cheating, we’re glad Evelyn is trying her best to make it work with her future hubby.
