The former NBA star, who was $12.7 million in debt, was discharged from bankruptcy by a Federal judge on March 21.

The case first started when Antione gave Evelyn $560,000 to reportedly help pay off her bills, now that Antione has filed Bankruptcy, the trustee has sued Lozada, claiming the transfer of money was fraudulent, and an attempt to hide money from legitimate creditors.

Evelyn may be spending her hard earned Basketball Wives cash on legal fees! We wonder how this will play over with her new plans for marriage to Mr. Chad Ochocinco.
