Faith Evans Files For Divorce! She Wants The Kids (PHOTOS)

Faith Evans has filed for divorce after almost 14 years of marriage citing “irreconcilable differences.” Todd Russaw and Faith Evans got married back in 1997, but they've actually been separated since 2005. Faith officially filed for divorce on May 17th 2011 in Los Angeles county. 

Faith wants custody of the two kids the couple have together, Joshua 13 and Ryder 4.

Faith and Todd Russaw both have had issues with drugs and alcohol over the years, most recently with the, "Soon As I Get Home" singer pleading no contest to a reckless driving charge stemming from an arrest at a checkpoint in Marina Del Rey, Cali, and was ordered to serve three years probation as well as undergo a three-month alcohol program.

Hopefully this is the next step to a better life for Faith Evans and her family.
