Yesterday was the final day for the Olympic trials for the U.S. gymnastics team, and fans of the insane sport found out who’s going to London, and who didn’t make the cut.

It was a tough fight to get a spot on the final team, but it was certainly thrilling to watch.

The number one spot on the women’s team went to Gabby Douglas, who beat out power gymnast Jordyn Wieber for the title.

Gabby put on a heck of a performance on the uneven bars, and still managed to land the spot after having a shaky beam routine.

Both Gabby and Jordyn were solid performers and are set to go to London, while some favorites aren’t.

In the 2008 Olympics, Nastia Liukin won the gold for All-Around, but was unable to get the opportunity to do so again after falling off the uneven bars two competition days in a row.

Even though Nastia might not be an Olympian two times in a row, other gymnasts McKayla Maroney, Kyla Ross and Aly Raisman got that chance when they were picked for the all-star lineup!

The girls did a great job after having worked so hard their whole lives for this moment.

Good luck to all the girls at the Olympics. We’ll be watching as the games begin July 27th.
