The last two weeks have been nothing short of memorable for Halle Berry, her ex Gabriel Aubry, and her fiance Olivier Martinez since the two men got into a brawl on Thanksgiving morning.

After Gabriel was brutally beaten by Olivier on Halle's driveway, he filed a restraining order against the French actor, but it looks like he has already had a change of heart.

According to TMZ, Shawn Holley, Gabriel's lawyer, told a judge that the restraining order against Olivier was no longer necessary.

Even though these two might have worked out some sort of agreement, it still does not help the fact that if Gabriel gets prosecuted, he could be deported back to Canada.

Gabriel's change of heart must have come from reuniting with his adorable daughter Nahla Aubry for the first time since his fight with Olivier. The daddy-daughter duo were spotted leaving Nahla's school together yesterday.

While he tried to remain low key in sunglasses and a hat, he looked overjoyed to see his daughter, and she was overjoyed to see him as well.
