E News! star Giuliana Rancic underwent a successful surgery and proves she's a true survivor!
Giuliana had a double mastectomy and reconstructive operation last night for her breast cancer. Her hubby Bill Rancic immediately revealed the host is in great spirits and is recovering well.

Bill says:
"She had a little bit of pain through the night but is feeling much better this morning and was cracking jokes."

It sounds like Giuliana is back to her old witty self and appreciating all the support saying:
"The tweets and notes have not gone unnoticed. I am very grateful."
Giuliana and Bill announced her surgery on the Today show Dec. 5. Giuliana initially opted for a double lumpectomy coupled with radiation, but the conservative treatment hadn’t been as effective as they’d hoped.
We're glad to hear she's doing great and hope she makes a full recovery soon!
